We know you have a day job and other life commitments, so we work with you to help you find projects that match your skills AND your lifestyle.

There’s no contract, just a commitment to the project, the client and other members of your team.

Most of this work is volunteer, but if there’s payment, we’ll negotiate with you up front on rates, etc.

Here’s how it works:

• Clients request project(s)
• One of our project managers assembles a team appropriate to the project
• Each team member conveys what they can and are willing to do for a project
• We respond back to the client with a proposal
• Once agreement is reached, the team begins the work and stays in communication with each other to avoid duplication of efforts, meet deadlines and execute deliverables

Projects typically last 1 – 3 months, with as much or little time as you can commit.
